Triumph Realty was formed by Principal Broker, Jasmina West in 2018 in Virginia Beach, Virginia. It is veteran-owned and operated. The company started out as a residential real estate service and added a commercial division, Triumph Realty Commercial Group. The commercial division of Triumph Realty provides tenant rep, landlord/owner rep, leasing, site selection, land and investment property acquisition, and disposition for clients of all budgets and backgrounds.
Chanda Chann is the commercial division leader. Chanda started her career in the corporate commercial real estate industry as the senior general manager and onsite leasing person for various owners and companies such as CBRE, JLL, and The Muller Company. She joined Triumph Realty in 2018 and assumed the role of the company’s main point of contact for commercial sales and leasing.
Chanda and Triumph Realty Commercial Group have more than 40-years of real estate experience and an extensive network of industry professionals. They also have access to current comprehensive market information and analysis to ensure a smooth transaction.
