Regional Innovators Exchange: A Strategic Visit to Boston

The Virginia Peninsula Chamber, in collaboration with local leaders from economic development, higher education, federal labs, and private industry, is organizing the Regional Innovators Exchange to Boston from April 14th to 16th. This exclusive trip will connect participants with leaders from the dynamic innovation hub surrounding MIT in Cambridge, with the goal of enhancing regional growth through innovation, talent attraction, and entrepreneurship.

The visit will focus on leveraging the Virginia Peninsula’s significant assets—including NASA Langley Research CenterJefferson Lab, major universities, and Newport News Shipbuilding— to foster economic development and establish an Innovation District in the region. Participants will engage in a tailored agenda, including networking, discussions, and site visits designed to inspire collaboration and create new opportunities for local innovators.
