On Tuesday, December 3rd, 2025, City of Hampton Mayor Donnie Tuck delivered his final State of the City address at the Hampton Roads Convention Center, drawing a record-breaking crowd of over 700 registrants. During his comprehensive presentation, Mayor Tuck reflected on the achievements and progress of Hampton under his leadership since 2016. His humble servant leadership will be missed as he moves on and passes the reins to his Vice Mayor, James "Jimmy" Gray.
